Job Description


We´re now looking for a driven, dedicated and service minded store manager to our store at Nytorgsgatan 36.

As a store manager at A Day´s March you play a very important role in the company and you are one of our top ambassadors. As a person, you should be naturally motivated, result-oriented and truly passionate about personal service. Besides that you should be able work well independently as well as in a team.

What you will do:

- Plan and organize the daily operations

- Engage in, communicate and strive to meet sales goals

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

- Assess customer needs and provide assistance and information on products

-Be an inspiring leader to your team

What you'll bring to the table

- Experience in team leading, retail and personal sales

- Enthusiasm and passion about people and men’s fashion

- Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed

Customer Service Specialist

 

Job Description


We are looking for a positive, proactive and super driven Customer Service Specialist to join our fast growing e-Commerce team at A Day’s March HQ in Stockholm. You will be responsible for ensuring that the highest level of customer service is delivered to our consumers at all times and via every communication channel such as e-mail, Facebook, Instagram, chat functions and other growing digital platforms.

As a person you are service minded, detail-oriented and a highly organised problem solver. You have a keen interest in fashion and you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves in order to fix something, whatever the task may be. You have strong language skills, both in Swedish and in English, written and spoken.

What you will do:

- Assist customers with order enquiries through various channels, such as e-mail and live chat

- Provide information regarding product, service or deliveries and payments to customer when needed

- Play a pivotal role between A Day’s March and logistics services and operations teams to resolve any order discrepancies or similar

- Support the e-commerce team by providing analysis and insights regarding customer behavior

- Execute and assist on special product needs situations related to new store openings, product launches and collabs as well as advertising campaigns

Qualifications

- Fluent in Swedish and in English. Both verbally and in writing. 

- Computer skills: MS Office (in particular Excel and Outlook), Social Media, Experience in order management tools is a plus

- Preferably a background in retail or customer service

- Strong service mind and multi-tasking

Employment type: Full-time, Mon-Friday, 40 hours/week
