Store Manager

At A Day's March, we believe great stores are built by great people. As Store Manager, you are the driving force behind your store's success - leading your team, shaping the customer experience, and taking full ownership of performance.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on the shop floor, enjoys making decisions, and leads by example. You will be one of the brand's most important ambassadors, responsible for creating an inspiring environment for both customers and colleagues while delivering strong commercial results.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing store team.
  • Set the standard for customer service, product knowledge, and professionalism.
  • Drive sales performance and take ownership of store KPIs and business results.
  • Identify opportunities to grow the business through strong commercial awareness and local initiatives.
  • Ensure an exceptional and consistent brand experience for every customer.
  • Oversee visual merchandising, stock management and daily store operations.
  • Plan staffing and schedules based on trading patterns and business needs.
  • Coach and support team members through regular feedback and development.
  • Act proactively, solve problems independently and make confident decisions in day-to-day operations.

Who you are
You are an experienced retail leader with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. As a confident and inspiring people manager, you enjoy developing others and creating a motivated, high-performing team. You are commercially minded, driven by results, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

A hands-on and energetic leader, you lead by example from the shop floor and are passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences. You are structured, solution-oriented, and comfortable balancing daily operations with long-term business goals. To succeed in this role, you have at least two years of experience as a Store Manager or in a similar leadership role within retail.

Sales Associate

We're excited to announce that we are looking for a part-time sales associate to join our store at Berwick street, London

As one of the first people our customers meet, you'll play an important role in shaping their experience of the brand. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys meeting people, has an eye for style, and believes great service is about listening rather than selling.


What you'll do

  • Welcome every customer with warmth, confidence and genuine curiosity.
  • Deliver an outstanding shopping experience while working towards store sales goals.
  • Build lasting customer relationships through honest advice and personal service.
  • Keep the store looking its best by maintaining high visual merchandising standards.
  • Support with deliveries, replenishment, stock management and daily store operations.
  • Work closely with the team to create a positive, ambitious and supportive store environment.

Who you are

You have previous experience in retail, hospitality or another customer-facing role, but more importantly, you enjoy being around people.

  • Self-driven and proactive.
  • A strong communicator with a positive attitude.
  • Passionate about personal style and quality clothing.
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • A true team player who enjoys contributing wherever needed.
  • Flexible and available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
