Business Controller

Role Responsibilities

- You will be focusing on financial and business analyses and managing different development projects and processes to improve our way of work.
- You will analyze the performance and financial results of the market and products and drive development projects within management reporting.
- You will manage the forecasting and budgeting processes.
- You will build processes, structures, and workflows.
- You will be working cross-functionally with the CEO, Head of Menswear, Head of Womenswear, Designers, and Finance Manager.

Your profile

- Bachelor’s degree or similar in Business Administration or Finance.
- 3-5 years of experience within business controlling.
- Experience within the retail business.
- Experience within e-commerce.
- Strong analytical skills and a high degree of literacy in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
- Positive and energetic with a can-do mentality.
- Excellent communication skills.

CRM & Loyalty Manager

At A Day's March HQ, Stockholm

Are you a CRM & Loyalty Manager with incredible drive and a strong sales focus? Do you have a passion for creating relevant and targeted communication? A Day's March is in a decisive growth phase, and we are now taking important steps towards investing more in CRM and loyalty programs for our loyal customer base. As a CRM & Loyalty Manager, you will be ultimately responsible for developing and setting the strategic plan for the area together with the Head of E-commerce.

- Lead and develop the work within CRM & loyalty in all markets, e.g. development of benefits, recruitment of new customers in our retail stores  and online, as well as activation or reactivation of existing customers in stores and online
- Responsible for CRM roadmap and CRM budget and set and follow up KPIs
- Lead and develop the CRM team
Develop and implement loyalty campaigns to build our brand and drive sales in relevant channels
- Set up data-driven, automated campaigns in relevant sales channels
- Run the CRM element of our national campaigns
- Drive visitors to our website and our stores
- Ongoing work with analysis, optimization, testing, and follow-up
- Stay up to date on new opportunities and confirm that the company is at the forefront of developments in CRM

What you'll bring to the table

- Relevant academic education or equivalent
- +5 years of work experience with a good understanding of the digital customer journey, preferably from retail and/or consumer goods or a pure player in e-commerce
- Excellent communicator in both Swedish and English in speech as well as writing

Sales Associate

At Södra Larmgatan, Göteborg

We're now looking for a part time sales associate to join our team in our store at Södra Larmgatan, Göteborg. We’re searching for an open and forward person who’s self-driven and always puts the customers first. As a sales associate at A Day’s March you're responsible for maintaining the standard of the store, delivering a positive customer experience and a variety of operational duties assigned by the store manager. We would also love to see that you are a multitasking professional, have no problems with working well under pressure and have a genuine interest in the brand.

What you'll do

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales services
- Assess customer needs and provide assistance and information on products
- Meet sales goals

What you'll bring to the table

- Experience in retail and personal sales
- Enthusiastic and passionate about people and fashion
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
