Shipping & Returns
We offer free shipping for certain countries on orders above a specific amount. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and duties and tax charges may apply depending on location. Shipping fees will be calculated during check-out.
We aim to process orders quickly but cannot guarantee delivery times. Delays due to payment authorization or product availability are not factored in. During sale periods, delivery times may be slightly delayed. Orders are processed during business hours. Shipping times will be calculated based on your location and selected shipment agent at checkout.
Taxes and duties
European Union, United Kingdom, and Norway
Free of duties and taxes.
Free of duties and taxes up to $800.
Import duties and taxes may be charged on orders shipped outside the EU. The Customs Authority of the destination country sets these charges. Upon receiving the order, you will be liable for paying any duties, taxes, and fees.
We accept worldwide returns with DHL as long as items are unworn with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Only one return per order is allowed. Please note that swimwear and underwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. When returning shoes, please ensure the outer sole is clean by trying them on a carpet. Sneakers must be returned in original packaging, including the box, shoe bag, and extra laces.
We charge a small return fee to reduce our environmental impact, which varies by location (see below). Refunds will be issued minus the return fee. Alternatively, return items to our physical stores for no charge.

1 Place the items (unworn with tags attached) in the original package with protective packaging.
2 Visit adaysmarch.com/return, enter your order number and email to report your return.
3 After reporting your return, an email will be sent from us with a QR code or return label, depending on location.
Sweden: Show the QR code at your nearest DHL Service Point, and the staff will print the label.
Rest of the world: Print the label and attach it on top of the old shipment label. The customs documents will be generated and connected digitally to the barcode of the return label, so you don't have to worry about them.
4 Hand your return in at your nearest DHL Service Point and ask for a return receipt.
5 Refunds will be issued once we receive and verify the condition of the garment(s).
Refunds and exchanges
Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we will issue a refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your chosen payment method. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for items purchased online. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it and place a new order online.
