Can I exchange my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot administrate exchanges of items purchased online. If you want to exchange something bought online, please return the item/items and place a new order online.
If items were purchased in store the exchange frame extends to 14 days after purchase.
Do you offer free returns?
In our mission to lessen our footprint on the environment, we’ve decided to charge a small fee for returns. When returning a garment, the return fee will be deducted from your refund automatically, meaning you will be refunded in full minus the return fee. You can find the return fee per location under Shipping and Returns.
Will Brexit affect me as a UK customer?
All orders to the United Kingdom are shipped with DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). This means that no extra costs for taxes, customs and duties will apply the customer after purchase.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can always send us an email to email@example.com to see if you can cancel or make a change in your order. Since we try to work as fast as possible with our orders, it might already be dispatched and shipped. If that's the case, you can just return the package to us, free of charge.
Can I return my online order in one of your stores?
Yes, you are more than welcome to return your online order in any of our stores, given within the return time frame.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on all orders (including items on sale), besides underwear and swimwear for hygienic reasons. The return time frame extends from 14 days from the purchase date. The garment needs to be in original condition, unworn, and with all tags still attached to the garment.
How do I track my order?
We will ship your order as soon as possible. When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. All of our shipments are trackable through the delivery company. All details can be found in your shipping confirmation.
When will I recieve my refund?
We aim to issue a refund as soon as we have received your parcel again in our warehouse. Therefore, please allow 10-14 days from when you sent your return until a refund has been issued.

I did not recieve an order confirmation; what do I do?
If you didn't receive an order confirmation and can't find it in either your inbox or spam, send us an email to email@example.com and we'll happily help you out.
I have a voucher/gift card bought in store. How do I use it online?
At the moment, we're not offering gift cards online. The voucher and/or gift card can only be used in-store.
Will I be charged with tax if I order outside the EU?
For countries outside of the EU, we ship with DDU, which means it is up to your local customs to decide the amount of tax you need to pay for your order.
Where do you ship from?
We ship all orders from our Central Warehouse, located in the south of Sweden.
What should I do if I have recieved a defective item?
If you receive an item that you think is defective or has a production error, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org we will help you out.
Do you charge for uncollected packages?
No, we do not charge for uncollected parcels. However, if you cannot collect your package in time, please reach out to email@example.com, and we will be happy to find a solution for you.
