A. Shoulder width – Measure the width between shoulders at the back.

B. Chest – Measure around the widest part of your chest.

C. Arm length – Measure from the top of your shoulder to your wrist.

D. Waist – Measure around the waist of the narrowest part.

E. Inseam – Measure from the crotch to the bottom of the trouser.

Great looking beanie and very comfortable. I think it fits most heads and the thickness of the lambswool keeps the cold out. I have a "medium" sized head and I love the fit. I choose Desert and it truly is beautiful.
