A. Shoulder width – Measure the width between shoulders at the back.

B. Chest – Measure around the widest part of your chest.

C. Arm length – Measure from the top of your shoulder to your wrist.

D. Waist – Measure around the waist of the narrowest part.

E. Inseam – Measure from the crotch to the bottom of the trouser.

A perfect fit 44 for us that Har slightly smaller then the average 44. And really comfortable material. I own 2 pairs of course different colors. A days March know what they do!

Good fit

I am really enjoying these shorts and wearing them regularly. They're comfortable and the fabric is great. The only thing I would say is that I'm a 48 (32) in most of ADM pants/trousers, so I ordered the same size in the shorts, but they were much too tight for me, so I returned and went with the 50 which is perfect.
