This website is managed by A Day’s March Shirts & Staples AB (hereinafter referred to as A Day’s March or We), company registration number 556947-8745, Kronobergsgatan 49, 112 33 Stockholm, Sweden.


A Day’s March offers a 14 day return policy. All of our returns are managed by DHL. Any product that you return must be in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging - unworn, clean and with all tags attached, together with the return form. For hygiene reasons, swimwear and underwear are non-returnable and shoes must be tried on a carpet surface until you have decided to keep them. Refunds for debit/credit card purchases take approximately 5-10 business days, depending upon the bank.

Also, we would kindly ask for our customers to give reason for the return to help us improve in the future. You can read more about our return policy and process here.


Unfortunately, we cannot administrate exchanges of items purchased online. If you want to make an exchange, please return the item/items and place a new order online.


We accept Visa®, Mastercard®, American Express® and Ideal®. Payment is debited from your card at time of dispatch. You can also choose to pay with PayPal® outside of Sweden, Denmark and The Netherlands where we use Klarna® as a payment method (invoice and debit card payment options).

Invoice Payment

In cooperation with Klarna® for Sweden, Denmark , Germany and The Netherlands. A fast, minor check will be run to confirm your personal information and accept your purchase. When using invoice payment your shipping address needs to be your registered residence.

Getting a refund

As soon as we have received your return – we will make the refund. Please note that it takes up to 10 working days for the money to arrive back to your account depending on chosen Payment Method.

Order cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.

Order Tracking

All orders are fully traceable. You will receive an email with a tracking number and other information once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Complaint Rights

You, as a consumer, always have the right to return defective goods within three years from purchase, provided you make us aware of the defect within a reasonable time frame after the defect of the item has been discovered. Returns made within two months of discovery of the defect are always considered to have been returned within a reasonable period of time. In case of defective products, we will provide a full refund of the purchase price provided that above terms have been met. For a product to be considered defective, the defect must have occurred before it was sold. If you return a defective product within six months from the date of sale, the defect is deemed to have occurred before it was sold, unless we show that this is not the case. If the return is made more than six months past the sale, you are required to provide proof that the defect occurred before the date of sale
