Can I exchange my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot administrate exchanges of items purchased online. If you want to exchange something bought online, please return the item/items and place a new order online.
Will Brexit affect me as a UK customer?
Due to the United Kingdom's withdrawal from the EU, deliveries to the United Kingdom are now considered DAP (Delivered at Place). The product prices on our website are excluding all taxes and duties. Please note that your order must be above £135 after checkout. Even though the EU-UK Trade and Cooperation Agreement refer to 'zero tariffs' (zero customs duties), this doesn't replace the need to generate a Customs Declaration. So, a Commercial or Pro-forma Invoice is required. This means that you will be required to pay the VAT levied by the country you are shipping to release your order from customs once your order arrives at its destination. This VAT invoice has to be paid by you, even if the order will be returned. This fee is non-refundable by A Day's March.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can always send us an email to email@example.com to see if you can cancel or make a change in your order. Since we try to work as fast as possible with our orders, it might already be dispatched and shipped. If that's the case, you can just return the package to us, free of charge.
Can I return my online order in one of your stores?
Yes, you are more than welcome to return your online order in any of our stores, given within the return time frame.
How do I track my order?
We will ship your order as soon as possible. When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. All of our shipments are trackable through the delivery company. All details can be found in your shipping confirmation.
When will I recieve my refund?
We aim to issue a refund as soon as we have received it again in our warehouse. Please allow 14 days from when the return was given until a refund will be issued.
Paypal: 3-5 business days
Debit/Credit Card: 5-10 business days
Klarna Invoice - unpaid: The invoice will be credited and removed. This will be updated on klarna.se within 24 hrs.
Klarna Invoice paid: The refund will be handled by Klarna, and you will receive more information in an email from them.
Klarna card payment: The refund will be processed automatically through Klarna.
I did not recieve an order confirmation; what do I do?
f you didn't receive an order confirmation and can't find it in either your inbox or spam, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll happily help you out.
I have a voucher/gift card bought in store. How do I use it online?
At the moment, we're not offering gift cards online. The voucher and/or gift card can only be used in-store.
Will I be charged with tax if I order outside the EU?
For countries outside of the EU, we ship with DDU, which means it is up to your local customs to decide the amount of tax you need to pay for your order.
Where do you ship from?
We ship all orders from our Central Warehouse, located in the south of Sweden.
What should I do if I have recieved a defective item?
If you receive an item that you think is defective or has a production error, please contact us at email@example.com and we will help you out.
Do you charge for uncollected packages?
We reserve the right to charge the customer for the cost of shipping fees for uncollected packages. The amount will be deducted from the order upon the return of the order handled by us.
