Sweden

We offer free shipping and free returns on all orders above SEK 1000. Within Sweden we ship with DHL (Service Point), PostNord  (MyPack Collect) or Budbee (Flex). Delivery time: 1-3 business days. After placing an order we will send you a confirmation e-mail. Your order will be fully traceable.You’ll get your shipment to your local delivery point. A text message or e-mail will be sent to you when your package is ready to be collected. Please note: Delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays caused by payment authorization or product availability are not taken into account. Delivery times may be slightly delayed during sale periods.

United Kingdom

We offer free shipping (excl. VAT) and free returns on all orders above £135 through DHL Express. All orders are processed and delivered within 3-4 business days. After placing an order we will send you a confirmation e-mail. Your order will be fully traceable using DHL Track and Trace. Please note: Delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays caused by payment authorization or product availability are not taken into account. Delivery times may be slightly delayed during sale periods.

Taxes and duties

Due to the United Kingdom's withdrawal from the EU, deliveries to the United Kingdom are now considered DAP (Delivered at Place) and the product prices on our website are excluding all taxes and duties. Please note that your order must be above £135 after checkout. Even though the EU-UK Trade and Cooperation Agreement refers to ‘zero tariffs’ (zero customs duties), this doesn’t replace the need to generate a Customs Declaration and so a Commercial or Pro-forma Invoice is required. This means that once your order arrives at its destination you will be required to pay the VAT levied by the country you are shipping to, in order to release your order from customs. This VAT invoice has to be paid by you, even if the order will be returned. The fee is non-refundable by A Day's March.

Europe

We offer free shipping and free returns on all orders above €100 (1000 DKK for Denmark). For shipments within the the EU we use DHL Express. All orders are processed and delivered within 3-4 business days. After placing an order we will send you a confirmation e-mail. Your order will be fully traceable using DHL Track and Trace. Your shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. For Denmark, we also offer shipping through PostNord (MyPack Collect). Please note: Delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays caused by payment authorization or product availability are not taken into account. Delivery times may be slightly delayed during sale periods.

International Shipping

We offer free shipping and free returns on International orders above €100 ($100 for the US and Canada and 1000 NOK for Norway). All international orders (outside EU) will be delivered within 5-7 days with DHL Express (with the exception of Norway, 2-4 days). Your shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. After placing an order a confirmation will be sent by email. Your order will be fully traceable using DHL Track and Trace.

For customers returning items outside of the EU, the two copies of Commercial Invoices that comes with the order needs to be signed and attached with the shipment. Import duties and taxes may be charged on orders being shipped outside the EU. These charges are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country. You will be liable for paying any duties, taxes and fees upon receiving the order (apart from orderts to Norway). Please note: delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays caused by payment authorization or product availability are not taken into account. Delivery times may be slightly delayed during sale periods.

Free Returns

Items need to be unworn in their original condition, with all tags attached. The items need to be sent together with the Delivery Note within 14 days. For hygiene reasons, swimwear and underwear are non-returnable. To be able to return shoes they must have a clean outer sole why we recommend that you try them on a carpet surface. Sneakers must be returned in the same packaging as they arrived in (with the box and the bag). Also, we kindly ask our customers to give us feedback on the reason for the return - we are always trying to improve our products and systems. The Return Label can only be used one time. To return more items within the same order after a return has been made, the cost for the additional return must be paid by the customer. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable if this was paid by the costumer in the first place. 

Sweden - Return your order

1. Place the item/items (unworn in their original condition, with all tags attached)in the original box with the original protective packaging together with the Delivery Note.

2. Hand it in at your nearest Service Point.

3. Or visit one of our stores to return your order.

EU - Return your order

International/UK - Return your order

2. Simply send us an e-mail at: customercare@adaysmarch.com- write "return" and your order number in the subject line, and we will get back to you as soon as possible with instructions on what to do next.

Refunds

As soon as we have received your return – we will make the refund. Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the money to arrive into your bank account depending on chosen payment method.

Exchanges

Unfortunately we cannot administrate exchanges of items purchased online. If you want to make an exchange, please return the item/items and place a new order online.

Defective Items

If you receive an item that you think is defected or has a production error, please contact us at customercare@adaysmarch.com and we will help you out.

Shipping Delays

We are handling all orders as fast as possible. Please note that orders are being processed during business hours.

Uncollected Packages

We reserve the right to charge the costumer for the cost of shipping fees for uncollected packages. The amount will be deducted from the order upon the return of the order handled by us.
