Free shipping

We offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount, which can be found below. Shipping fees will be calculated at check-out. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable if the customer paid this in the first place. Duties and tax charges may be incurred to your order depending on where you have ordered.

Shipping times

Please note: delivery times are not guaranteed. We are handling all orders as fast as possible. Delays caused by payment authorization or product availability are not taken into account. Delivery times may be slightly delayed during sale periods. Please note that orders are being processed during business hours.

Taxes and Duties

Norway

No added VAT fees for Norwegian customers.

United States

Free of duties and taxes up to $800.

United Kingdom

As of 25th of June, 2021, all orders to the United Kingdom are shipped with DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). This means that no extra costs for taxes, customs and duties will apply the customer after purchase. Please contact us at customercare@adaysmarch.com if you have any issues with orders placed after June 24 2021.

International Shipping

Import duties and taxes may be charged on orders being shipped outside the EU. These charges are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country. You will be liable for paying any duties, taxes and fees upon receiving the order.

We currently ship to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Republic of Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway (tollfri), Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, United Kingdom, United States and Vietnam.

Returns

We accept returns on all orders worldwide with DHL. The items must be unworn in their original condition, with all tags attached. Our return time frame extends no longer than 14 days after purchase, and it is only possible to process a return once. 

In our mission to lessen our footprint on the environment, we’ve decided to charge a small fee for returns. When returning a garment, you will be refunded in full except for the return fee.

If you choose to return in any of our physical stores, you will not be charged the return fee.

Underwear and swimwear

For hygiene reasons, swimwear and underwear are non-returnable.

Shoes

To return shoes, they must have a clean outer sole why we recommend that you try them on a carpet. In addition, sneakers must be returned in the same packaging as they arrived in (with the box, the shoe bag, and the extra laces for sneakers).

How to return your order

Sweden

1. Place the items (unworn in their original condition, with all tags attached) in the original box with the  protective packaging
2. Visit adaysmarch.com/return and fill in your order number and email address to report your return.
3. After reporting your return, a QR-code will be sent to your email address.
4. Show the QR-code to your nearest DHL Service Point, which you can find here. The service point will print the label for you.
5. We will issue a refund when your return has reached our warehouse and once we have verified the condition of the garment.

Rest of the world

1. Place the items (unworn in their original condition, with all tags attached) in the original box with the  protective packaging.
2. Visit adaysmarch.com/return and fill in your order number and email address to report your return.
3. After reporting your return, a return label will be sent to your email address.
4. Print the label and put it on top of the old shipment label. The customs documents are generated and connected digitally to your barcode - so no need to think about them.
5. Hand your return in at your nearest DHL Express Service Point, which you can find here. Always ask for a receipt for future reference in case of a lost parcel.
6. We will issue a refund when your return has reached our warehouse and once we have verified the condition of the garment.

Refunds and exchanges

Refunds

As soon as we have received your return at our warehouse - we will make the refund. Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the money to arrive in your bank account, depending on your chosen payment method.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we cannot administrate exchanges of items purchased online. If you want to exchange, please return the item/items and place a new order online.
