A. Shoulder width – Measure the width between shoulders at the back.

B. Chest – Measure around the widest part of your chest.

C. Arm length – Measure from the top of your shoulder to your wrist.

D. Waist – Measure around the waist of the narrowest part.

E. Inseam – Measure from the crotch to the bottom of the trouser.

I love this shirt and get a ton of compliments. The fit is good but maybe a tad bit too long for me in a Medium (5'10, 175lbs). There are a few things I don't love:
1) I had this shirt for a few weeks and the collar got easily stained. It was not possible to remove it. The white can get dirty and very hard to clean once it's dirty. 
2) Because of this, I ordered a 2nd one. This one was inconsistent. I assume you've changed your material because both shirts Fit differently, feel differently and I preferred my first one. Was this on purpose?
