Store Manager

At Spring street, Nolita, New York

As we now expand our presence into New York, we are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead and develop our new establishment. We’re looking for someone who’s driven, dedicated, and has a strong passion for personalized service.

In your role as a Store Manager at A Day’s March you will very important role in the company and you are one of our top ambassadors. You should naturally possess motivation and a results-oriented mindset along with excellent communication skills. Additionally, you should be able to work well independently as well as in a team.

Your responsibilities will be overseeing all aspects of store operations; from driving sales, managing stock levels, motivate the team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will play a pivotal role in establishing our brand presence in this new key market and building a strong team dedicated to our brand values.


What you'll do

  • Plan, organize, develop, and optimize the daily operations.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Ensure the store maintains high standards of visual merchandising and cleanliness to enhance the customer shopping experience.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management to minimize shrinkage and optimize sales opportunities.
  • Train and develop staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and key metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and implement action plans accordingly.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to execute marketing initiatives, promotional events, and store campaigns effectively.

What you’ll bring to the table

  • Previous experience as a Store Manager, preferably in a similar retail environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving results.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
  • Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and merchandising principles.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
